How To Deal With Damaged Item (Express)?

If a damaged item is received due to reason of shipping process, weather, custom inspection etc., buyer should contact us and provide evidence of damage (a note from the carrier stating the damage and digital photos) within 7 days after receiving the item. Please check the item carefully before you sign your name, be sure to reject the item if damages is obviously to the carton/tube. Please kindly keep an eye on package status.

 How can I do if I forget my password or ID?

Please click on Forgot your use ID or password? and enter your registered E-mail address, and your mail-box will receive your gadgetys use ID and password after few seconds.

 How can I modify my registered information?

I.  Sign in at gadgetys.

II.  Go to My Account and then modify the Personal Information under "My Account" section.

III.  Change your registered information.

IV.  Save when done.

 How to deal with backorders?

In case your order item runs out, we will contact you immediately by email. If you agree to wait for the order, we will ship out your ordered item when it is available. If not, we will issue a full refund at once. (It will take at least 2 weeks to process the refund if your order is paid by Money Order/Check)

What is the warranty on our product?

If you are not satisfied with our product(s), please contact us through mailto:sales@gadgetys.comto obtain a RMA Number within fifteen (25) days of purchase. And products must be returned 100% complete, including all components, original boxes and packing materials, manuals, and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. We reserve the right to charge a twenty-five percent (25%) restocking fee for NON-DEFECTIVE returns.

 What if I refuse an order when it's delivered because I changed my mind?

We will issue you a refund on the item, less $25 or a 25% restocking fee, which ever is greater. Note that we cannot refund the charges we pay to Express for shipping in both directions, because Express won't refund that money to us. Please be careful before you order!
